He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Lee Hollifield and Rosa Townsend Hollifield. He is survived by: his wife Frances Hollifield; his siblings, Robert Hollifield, Roland Townsend, Ronnie Townsend, James Hollifield, Della Burleson, Patty Hollifield and Barbara Frost; and his nieces and nephews, Roger Burleson, Angel Pendley, Nathan Barajas, Tristan Barajas and Glenda Crouch. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
