He was predeceased by: his parents, Colonel Adams and Helen Barnes Brantley. He is survived by: his wife Donna Adams; his children, Shawn Adams, Debbie Ezell (Jeff) and Randy Adams (Cindy); his grandchildren, Ashley Hoskins (Daniel), Sarah Hollifield (Jarred), Samantha Clontz, Joshua Clontz (Kristen) and Ceyleah Adams; and his great grandchildren, Logan, Vera and Nicholas.
