She was predeceased by: her parents, Ransom Fox and Pearl Fox; her husband James Garland Bumgarner; and her brother Jim Fox. She is survived by: her siblings, Bob Fox and Doris Fox. She is also survived by two nieces; one nephew; and two great-nephews.
