Evelyn Tallent Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Tallent (Morganton, North Carolina), born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on January 23, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Pinkney Alexander Abee and Emma Dameron Abee; her husband Earl Edward Tallent, Sr.; her son Earl Edward Tallent, Jr.; her granddaughter Donna Michelle Caudle; her great grandchild Tyler Craig Caudle; and her siblings, Jim, Jack, Brady, Tony, Maynard Abee, Ruth Hydes and Arthear Barrier.

She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Tallent Hottle (Alex) and Tony Alexander Tallent; and her grandson Marcus Tallent.

In honor of Maxine, memorial contributions may be made to Burke United Christian Ministries or to Christian Ministries of Lincoln County.
