He is survived by: his parent Bonnie Christopher Fields; his wife Mary Sue Watson Fields; his daughter Bonnie Fields Jolly (John) of Hickory; his daughter-in-law Pattie Fields Mullins; his grandchildren, Tiffani Jolly of Morganton, Victoria Fields of Morganton and Frank "Bubba" Fields, Jr. of Morganton; and his siblings, Jack Wesley Fields of Palm Coast, FL, Arnold Fields of Denver, CO, Marjorie Jillette of Inverness, FL, Ruby Fields of Citrus Springs, FL and Helen Fields Ducker of Asheville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
