He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Emmett Williams and Calla Kyle Scott Williams; his former wife Violet Mizzelle Williams; his daughters, Ginger Starling and Amanda Kyle Williams; and his siblings, Vernon, Byron and Susan Dorothy Balasco.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Spainhour Williams; his children, Scott Williams (Janice) of Dalton, GA and Heather Williams Sims (Ryan) of Seattle, WA; his grandchildren, Kyle Williams, Anna Scott Williams and Mark Starling; his great grandchildren, Alowynne and Marek Starling; his half-sisters, Betsy Conner and Emma Hughes (Bobby); his nephew Butch Balasco; and his niece Susan Balasco.
