He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Taylor, Sr. and Elizabeth Harbison Taylor; and his brother Frank Taylor, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Rosa Simpson Taylor; his daughter Dorette Earley of Morganton; and his brothers, Paul Eugene Taylor and Donald Taylor (Rachel) of Morganton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
