He was loved and cherished by many people including: his significant other Linda Fisher; his children, Chadd Powell (Cindy, Nikki Powell), Devin Powell and Nicholas Powell; his grandchildren, Bryson Williams, Garrett Williams and Alaina Powell; and his brothers, Chris Powell (Rita, Tim Powell) and Steve Powell (Terry). He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
