He is survived by: his sister Kathy Dale Kincaid of Morganton; his cousins, Connie Purcell (Tom) of Pennsylvania, Amanda Gonzalez (Luis) of Ohio and Cynthia Purcell (Arlo); his son Blaze of Texas; his stepsons, Brad Preston (Jessica) of Morganton and Eric Preston (Kaitlyn) of High Point; his stepgrandchildren, Cathan and Harper Preston; and his friend Christy Chandler of Asheville.
