He was predeceased by: his father Lester "Dick" Cuthbertson. He is survived by: his mother Nell Powell Cuthbertson; his wife Rhonda Ebright Cuthbertson; his son Christopher Cuthbertson (Ceara); his stepdaughter Diamond Brooks Pugalee; his stepgranddaughter Scottie Grace Pugalee; his sister Kim Cuthbertson Dean (Darrell); and his nephew Trey Lloyd Dean. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
