He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Ward and Geneva Stulls Ward. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Sams Ward; his children, Corey Woods, Jessica Weaver, Nicole Coffield and Alley Ward; and his siblings, Bobby, Jimmy Ward and Debbie Lovengood. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
