He is survived by: his wife Vicki Davis Mayfield; his daughters, Heather Denton (Jonathan "Big), Morganton and Jaxtyn Lowdermilk; and his siblings, Leonard, John Mayfield and Betty Edwards. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
