He is survived by: his parents, Ronnie Perry and Janie Perry; his wife Dawn Smith Perry; his sons, Avery, Grant and Jake Perry; and his brother Jay Perry (Lee Ann). He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
