It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janice Smith (Morganton, North Carolina), born in Gilbert, West Virginia, who passed away on April 26, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Russell Smith and Mary Hollar Smith; her husband Wayne Smith; and her siblings, Willie Rose Allen, Carl, Harold, Winston and Jack Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Monroe (Phil), Mitzi Price (Andy), Wayne Smith, Jr. (Tonja) and Dawn Cook (Steve); her grandchildren, Leon Monroe (Lisa), Chase Price (Joanne), Megan Price Ernst (Teage), Eli, Emily Smith, Keri Price, Cooper and Reid Cook; her niece Linda Wall; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Smith, Barbara Jenkins and Boyd Smith. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
