She was predeceased by: her parent Ransom J. Bean; her son Roger D. Sullivan; and her siblings, Margie White, Carolyn Sullivan, Helen Wesson and Judy Suddreth.
She is survived by: her parent Clara Mae Honeycutt Bean; her husband Carroll; her children, Barry Sullivan (Deborah) of Hickory, NC, Linda Harrison (Rodney) of Statesville, NC and Rick Sullivan of Charlotte, NC; her grandchildren, Christopher M. Sullivan, Michelle S. Brown of Morganton and Ashley Williams (Preston) of Statesville; her great grandchild Jackston R. Brown of Morganton; and her siblings, Bill Bean of Hudson, NC, Laura Jean Melvin of Hudson and James Bean of Maryland.
