He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Owensby and Murlene McDaniel Owensby; and his daughter Melinda Ivey. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Owensby (Sharon), Chris Owensby and Mariann Shoun (Wayne); and his grandchildren, Mary Owensby, Maddie Owensby and Carter Owensby.
