He is survived by: his son His; his wife Hattie C. Rutherford; his daughters, Devona Dell Rutherford of Morganton and Deirdre Rutherford-Barnett (Jimmy) of Charlotte; and his grandson Jimmy Le-Andre Barnett II. He is also survived by wife, daughters, and grandson.
