She was predeceased by: her father Steve Wilson Smith. She is survived by: her mother Linda Gail Martin Morton; her pet Mya; her husband D. J. Jaquins II; her sister Kiley Smith Helton; her nephews, Parker Bryson Helton and Bentley Cruze Huff; and her grandmother Linda Ruth Martin. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and other family members.
