She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Edwards and Texie Mae Hensley Edwards; and her husband James L. Duckworth. She is survived by: her children, Tammy D. Boone, Kathy Edwards and Donald Edwards; her grandchildren, Daniel James Boone, Brandy Nicole Boone, Chris Webb and Jessica Webb; her great grandchildren, Elaina Nicole Troitino, Jacob Webb and Smara Boone; and her brother Hobert Edwards (Brenda).
