She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Waitman and Beda Eglee Waitman Hood; her husband Billy Padgham; and her siblings, Joyce Arnold, Helen Elrod and Billy Waitman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Vess (Randy) of Old Fort, Barbara Gauntey (Tim) of Nebo and Pam Osbon (David) of Morganton; her stepson John Padgham (Lisa) of Old Fort; and her grandchildren, Mike Vess, Tyler Vess, Kyle Toney, Tyler Gautney, Cory Silvers and Sara Key. She is also survived by great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
