He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Murphy and Helen Murphy; and his brother Glenn Ray Murphy. He is survived by: his siblings, Ann Lowery and Bobby Murphy; his nieces, Angie Alexander, Dona Queen and Susan Sigman; his nephew Mackie Lowery; his great-nieces, Erin Lowery, Jessica Lowery and Halen Alexander; his great-nephew Travis Smith; and also, Scarlet, Willow and Daegan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Burke Hospice and Palliative Care.
