He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Copeland and Emma Copeland; his siblings, Kenneth Copeland and Juanita Chandler; and his daughter-in-law Melissa Copeland.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Beach Copeland; his children, Patricia Glick, Robert Murray (Lisa), Gary Copeland (Beth) and Charlotte Copeland-Grissom (Rick); his grandchildren, Bryce Patton, Kristen Bowman, Landon Murray, Katelyn Duckworth, Lauren Duckworth, Heather Copeland, Will Copeland, Heath Pearson and Austin Pearson; his great grandchild Caroline Pearson; and his sisters, Francis Beck and Nina Hartman.
