It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian Hughes Coffey (Morganton, North Carolina), who passed away on September 9, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Hughes and Mabel Burleson Hughes; her husband Douglas Coffey; her son Lyndon Coffey; and her grandson Jonathan Cropper.
She is survived by: her children, Morris Coffey (Donna), Michael Coffey (Christy) and Sharon Moody (Rick); and her brother Darrell Hughes (Carol). She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
