She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Brinkley and Julia Duckworth Brinkley; and her brother Bruce Brinkley. She is survived by: her husband Michael Deal; her daughters, Annette Deal and Amie Deal Mull (Ray); her grandchildren, Kendal Mull and Katie Mull; her great grandchild Lola Kerley; and her siblings, Jane Jones (Buck) and Bob Brinkley.
