She was predeceased by : her grandmother Jackie Lambert. She is survived by : her parents, Kevin Hawkins and Pamela Lambert Hawkins Lindsey; her children, Taylor Franklin and Jayla Franklin; her sister Tara Hawkins; and her grandparents, Brice, Boe Hawkins and Wallace Lambert.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for her children at 1507 Main St. E., Valdese, NC 28690.
