He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace P. Benton and Annie Mae Buff Benton; his granddaughter Jessica Benton; his siblings, Junior Benton, Ardie Mae Benton Norman and Fern Benton Norman; his brothers-in-law, Frank Norman and James Norman; and his nephews, Gary Benton and Edward Norman.
He is survived by: his sons, Dwain Benton (Lori) and Keven Benton (Lori); his grandchildren, Heather Benton Wilson (Kelly), Ashley Benton Roberts (Jeff) and Scotty Benton; his great grandchildren, Joshua Roberts, Zoe Roberts and Liam Roberts; his sister-in-law Linda Benton; and his nieces and nephews, Donna LaFevers (Ronnie), Jodi Benton, Keith Norman (Sharon), Linda Ann Smith (Pete), Marty Norman (Shannon), Judy Norman St. Clair (Joe), Shirley Norman Cobb and James Harrison Norman (Hazel). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and co-workers.
