It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Rutherford of Morganton, North Carolina, who passed away on October 7, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Eugene Rutherford; and her children, Bertha, Clara Rutherford, Eugene Jr. and Ronnie Lee Rutherford. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
