She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Banner and Gracie Moore Banner; her husband Louis Johnson; her children, Melinda Johnson, Edward Johnson and Louis Johnson Jr; and her siblings, Kathy Banner Harshaw, Barbara Ann Banner, Wallace C. Banner and Baby Boy Banner.
She is survived by: her son Joseph Jomonte Banner; her siblings, Gracie Banner Davidson (Ronald) of Lenoir, Estella Horton of Charlotte, James Earl Banner of Lenoir and Joseph Banner of Lenoir; her uncle Billy Joe Moore of Charlotte; her aunt Georgia Moore of Lenoir; and her close friends, Della and Johnny Smith of Morganton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
