He was predeceased by: his parents, James Stephen Conley and Rachel Mason Conley; his brother Jamie Conley; his aunts and uncles, Betty Mason, Leah "Sis" Mitchell, Kay Vinay, Becky Myers, Tommy Mason, Eugene Conley and Howard Swafford; his niece Jeri Lynn Conley; and his cousin Mike Mason.
He is survived by: his brother Jerry Conley (Kaye); and his children, Westley Conley (Sheila), Stephen Conley (Brittany), Mindy Levan (Lucas) and Verity Conley. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.
