He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Carl Allen Costner and Kathy Abee Costner; his wife Cheri Ford Costner; his daughter Kristen Costner; his step-children, Amber Gragg and Steven Simmons; his grandchildren, Aubree McCrary, Mackenzie McCrary and Windom Gragg; his brother Chad Costner (Jatanna); his nephews, Evan Costner and Logan Costner (Amber); his grandparents, Clifford and Jean Abee; and also Ilithyia. He was also cherished by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 25th 2021 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Service & Crematory (1507 Main St E, Valdese, NC 28690).
