He is survived by: his parents, Charles Kiers and Cathy Persico; his sons, Michael James Kiers Jr. and Dylan Gallant (Samantha); his granddaughter Madeline "Maddie" Gallant; his half-sister Carrie Norris; and his aunts, Mary Persico and Betty Murphy.
