He is survived by: his parent Cecilia A. Settlemyre Stillwell of Morganton; his wife Julie Rich Stillwell; his daughters, Emily Lauren Stillwell and Heather Leanne Stillwell; his brother Scott Edwin Stillwell (Krista) of Morganton; his father-in-law Howard Rich (Lynda); his cousin Terry Dean Stillwell; his children, Todd Buff and Preston Buff; and also Phyllis Fox. He is also survived by husband and father.
