He is survived by: his parent Betty Jean Scott Hayes; his wife Linda Rice Mong; his children, Sharon Mong, Martie Dale of Morganton, Donna Mong of Anchorage, Robin Mong Foster (John) of Morganton and Bobby Mong (Kathy) of Prattville; his grandchildren, Hilary, Patrick, Alayna Herron, Jessica, Hannah, Kayla Davis, James Foster, Caroline, Madison, Jason, Wyatt and Emmaleigh Mong; and his siblings, Steven Mong of Albuquerque, Cheryl Nellis of LaFayette and Karen McDowell of Duncan. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
