He is survived by: his wife Margo Duckworth; his son Michael Duckworth; his adoptive daughter Amber Duckworth Freeman; his half-sisters, Debra Clarke and Paula Duckworth; and his aunts, Claria Gilbert and Nat Shouppe. He is also survived by three granddaughters.
