We are sad to announce that on July 28, 2019, at the age of 84, Morris Walton Brown (Morganton, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Avery H. Brown and Lillie Mae Shepard Brown; his wife Josephine Davis Brown; and his son Wayne Brown. He is survived by: his son James Brown (Linda); his sisters, Doris Brown Duckworth, Lois Brown Epley, Shirley Brown Baker (Bobby) and Joyce Brown Courtney; his daughter Elaine Burkett; and his grandchildren, Daniel Lane, Derek Lane, Jocelyn Taylor and Vanessa Mathis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
