He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Murray Toney Rhodes; his daughter Catherine "Cat" Logan (Kelly) of Morganton; his grandchildren, Caleb and Karsyn Logan; his stepdaughters, Ashley Lane and Kerri McFalls; his siblings, William Rhodes (Mary) of Greenville, NC and Faye Hinshaw (David) of Charlotte; and his nieces, Caroline Rhodes, Anna Rhodes, Elizabeth Jones and Meredith Hinshaw.
