He was predeceased by: his parents, Talmage Hoglen and Zonnie Russell Hoglen; and his sisters, Hazel Rathbone and Ineva Carver. He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue Carver Hoglen; his children, Barbara Thomas, Pam Sisk, Gerald Hoglen (Rita) and Paula Crawley (Jessie); and his sister Wanda Hoglen Renfro. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; a number of great-grandchildren.
