He is survived by: his parent Mary Chernak Welytok; his wife Lynne H. Welytok; his children, Paul J. Welytok of Lexington, NC, Mark Welytok of Lexington, NC, Tanya Welytok Bowman of Lexington, NC and Chelsea Welytok; his stepchildren, Melissa Johnston, Peggy Felko (Charles) and Megan Martin; his grandson Will Soper; his sisters, Barbara Welytok Hudak and Jeanne Welytok Mastroni; and his nieces and nephews, German Shepard, Teeka and Gage. He is also survived by six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
