He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Turnmire Smith; his children, Philip Dale Smith (April), Cynthia Dawn Landes (Adam) and Chasity Smith Fox (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Michael Smith, Tylar Smith, Lola Landes, Austin Landes, Nicasity Fox and Blake Fox; and his siblings, Bobby Eugene Smith Jr. and Cassandra Smith Myers.
