He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Lee Rector and Clara Phillips Rector. He is survived by: his wife Susan Wilson Rector; his children, Alex Rector (Meghan) and Amanda Rector; his siblings, Janice Briggs (Bob) and Ronnie Rector; his nephew Quinn Briggs; and his pets, Felix, Nutmeg and Heidi.
