She is survived by: her parent Ella Odessa Kincaid Johnson; her husband William Delane Perkins Sr.; her children, William Perkins Jr. (Lelia Conley) of Morganton, Michael Douglas Isaiah Perkins (Myra Lynn Harbison) of Morganton and Monica Cunningham (James) of High Point, NC; her grandchildren, Daniel, Derek, Kendra, Jonathan, Tamara, Michael Jr., Jeremy, Atoya, Jameriah, Jamal, Jameson and Myla; and her siblings, Wayman Johnson (Carrie), Josephine Chambliss (Alvin), Leonia Dula (James Bradley), Francis Thomas, Lorraine Boston (Claude) and Annette Pearce. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
