He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy Swink and Mary Smith Swink; his siblings, Earl Swink, Ruth Carswell and Evelyn Tallent; and his nephew Dean Carswell.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Lucille Hudson Swink; his son Michael Swink; his brother Gene Swink; and his nieces and nephews, Linda Swink, Amy English, Janet Kanupp, Jason Carswell, Ray Tallent, Debbie Wright, Becky Tallent, Donna Godfrey and Penny Towery. He is also survived by great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
