It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Randall Franklin Allen (Morganton, North Carolina), who passed away on July 3, 2019, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father George Steve Allen. He is survived by: his mother Betty Sue Franklin Allen; his sister Kim Allen Baldwin (David); his niece Gaby Jaynes; his nephew Austin Jaynes; his daughter Tania Bass; his granddaughter Cierra Bass; and his close friend Betty Cooper.
