It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray Allen Moore (Morganton, North Carolina), who passed away on June 10, 2019, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Allen Moore and Shirley Rowe Waycaster; his former wife Terry Kay Bowman Moore; and his brother Charles Allen Moore. He is survived by: his daughters, Brandy Rice of Asheville and Tiffany Moore of Morganton; his granddaughters, Sophie Bernard and Gracie Rice; his sisters, Barbara DeVries (David) and Sue Ann Spurling (Greg); and his close friend Nick Seals (Lois).
