He is survived by: his parent Ester Johnson; his wife Mary Allie Johnson; his daughters, Adele Johnson (Darrell) and Tina Benson (Steve); his stepchildren, Roxanne Epley (Dennis), Paula Epley (Roy), Billy Hice Jr. (Greta) and Steve Hice (Mandy); and his stepgrandchildren, Zach, Samantha, Richard, Alexis and Zabriana. He is also survived by several step great grandchildren and many great great grandchildren.
