She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Johnson and Alma Aldridge; her son Justin Cook; her daughter-in-law Kat Cook; and her brothers, Doug Aldridge and Richard Hurt.
She is survived by: her son Shawn Cook (Teresa); her grandchildren, Kendall, Preston and Keeley; and her brothers, Alvin Hurt, Gary Hurt and Albert Hurt.
