He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Roland Miles and Reverend E. H. Miles; and his brother Reverend Douglas Miles. He is survived by: his brother Richard Miles (Melanie) of Stella, NC; his niece Laura Miles McClellan; his daughter Caroline of Kentucky; his nephew Nathan (Andrea); his daughter Ella of Maryland; and his sister-in-law Joyce Miles of China Grove.
A private burial service will take place soon, but a Memorial Service for all is planned at a later date due to COVID restrictions.
