He was predeceased by: his parents, Rupert C. Benner and Earline Olson Benner. He is survived by: his wife Donna Ledford Benner; his children, David C. Benner (Pat) and Dawn B. Stryhas (Bart); his stepson Scott Reid (Sandra); his grandchildren, Thaddeus, Keira Reid, Lindsay Samsky (Mike) and Brett Stryhas (Tiffany Delphus); and his great grandchildren, Robbie Samsky and Chloe Stryhas.
