He is survived by: his husband Frank Penley; his stepchild Debi Trivette of Zionville; his stepgrandchild Eddie Penley (Glenda) of Cana, VA; his grandsons, David, Kevin Penley and Joshua Trivette; and his siblings, Vernon Allen and Verna Hutchens.
