He was predeceased by: his brothers, Terry, Dale and Michael. He is survived by: his children, Shannon Spake and Jada Spake; his grandson Tucker Jones; and his brothers, Randy Spake and Kenny Spake. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
